CLICK & COLLECT ALLOWS YOU TO ORDER ONLINE AND PICK UP YOUR PURCHASE. ORDER BY MIDDAY (12PM) AND PICK UP YOUR ORDER FREE LATER THAT AFTERNOON 

COLLECTION

Once you have placed your pickup order, check that you have received an order confirmation. After that, the store will work to check and pick your order to have it ready for you within 4 trading hours*.

*Exceptions will occur if your order is a backorder, there is damage to your product, or if there has been a stock issue.

IDENTIFICATION

When collecting your order, you need to bring with you photo identification that matches the name on the order and have your order number ready. You will need to present both ID and order number to the staff member at your selected pickup store.

If you need someone else to pickup your order for you, please notify our Customer Care team by calling them on 07 4787 2255 and tell them the name of the person picking up your order for you. They will then need to bring in their Photo Identification and have your order number handy.
